NMHAS Overview

NMHAS was formed by a veteran appraiser for the benefit of those who desire to become an appraiser
and also for current appraisers who wish to belong to a reputable association through which they can further their
careers and their business.

We are dedicated to a Code of Ethical Professionalism that will raise the standards for the Appraisal Profession.

As part of this effort we are not limited to providing learning opportunities for individuals. We also provide appraisals for those who want to know the value of their personal manufactured home or the one they plan to buy.
